The Class of 2016 treated the whole school (and a large audience of parents and grandparents) to a very entertaining Leavers' Assembly this morning. They've been great ambassadors for the school this year and we wish them well as they move to their high schools in September.

There'll be a few sleepy children (and staff) around this morning. The FOSSS Leavers' Discos were a great success (again) and set us up nicely for the final day of the school year!

Music and song was the order of the day at St Stephen's.We started the day with a wonderful Graduation Ceremony from the Reception Class and ended it with an equally wonderful Brass Concert from Year 4. Well done to everyone! If you're interested in your child attending a Summer Samba Brass Day…

We couldn't believe our eyes this morning when we saw how much our beetroot has grown. We can't wait to try them after the holidays.

Erin made a piñata and a Cascarón as part of her learning log and, this morning, we took them outside to play with. We had a lot of fun using them and want to thank Erin for her wonderful hard work.

This morning's Leavers' Service - wonderfully officiated by Reverend Kim - was a great occasion for children and parents alike. All pupils were presented with a Bible - inscribed by all members of staff - to remind them of their time at St Stephen's. Thank you to Phil Palmer for the wonderful…

The weather was much better today so we went outside to play with the piñata.  We each took turns to try to break it. It was much harder than it looked!

We are working hard preparing for our Leavers' Assembly on Thursday morning. Lots of reminiscing about the past seven years... 

The Year 6 Leavers' night out was a great success - with much eating of pizza & knocking down of pins. A new staff bowling champion was crowned - Mr Williams - with Mr Townsend coming last for the second year running.
