Well done to this week's winners!

It's the long awaited pirate day today. Your child will not require their uniform as today they have been invited to wear pirate clothes to make the day extra special. Please note the spelling test will take place on the first Friday back as detailed in their spelling book.

Just about caught on my sleep after the Year 5 residential and now we're off to Dearne Valley Activity Centre with Year 6! The cases and bags were in bright and early but we don't leave until lunchtime - Mr Townsend will have thirty very excited children on his hands for the morning. Good luck…

It's beginning to look a lot like a kitchen. Appliances are arriving and being fitted on a daily basis, ceilings are going up and flooring is going down - all ready for the first Monday back. Can't wait.

Remember Pirate Day is this Friday. Please come dressed in your Pirate clobber as we sail the seven seas on a voyage of fun discovery. 

Today we will be exploring our favourite books and books of great significance, we will go on to explore the life of a significant Christian who went to great lengths to get her own copy of the Bible.
