Reading in Strange Places!
We've never seen a child reading on the school roof before! We wonder where else Year 1 can get caught reading!
Dance Superstars
We have continued our dance routine from last week. We did very well with some of the complicated rhythms!
It's a Funny Place to Read!
Look who has been reading in a strange place!
We look forward to seeing who else can find a funny place to read in.
Fractions
Today, we are transforming our classroom into the World Famous Fraction Museum! We shall post some of our exhibits later today.
Building Percy's Hut
Today we were set the challenge of building Percy the Park Keeper's hut. We had to work in groups to see which model was the best!
We hope you like the huts we created!

James Bond
In maths today, we were given a challenge by James Bond. MI6 believed that sweet manufacturers were deliberately holding back on our favourites. We had to investigate the fractions of different packets and find out whether their suspicions were right.
Setting the Scene
The children expertly applied their knowledge of paint to produce this living flame effect surrounding their collaborative artwork featuring Samuel Pepys.
Gambia Calling!

Synonyms and Art
