This afternoon we have completed our pointillist artwork from yesterday.  We have then used our newly learned skills to create a small piece of art work to be displayed within the classroom.  

Today we came to school dressed in the colours of the French flag.

We found out lots of different things about France.

We even learned how to order our dinner, say how we are feeling and how to say some colours in French.  

The children sang exceptionally well in our assembly using all our French learning throughout the day. We even watched an episode of Peppa Pig in French and compared it to the English version to help with our identification of food, counting and days of the week. Thank you for all your support…

We also learnt a song. See if we can sing it at home!

Le café is open! The children are getting plenty of practise speaking in French whilst ordering food for their partner.
