In Maths the children have been using multilink to investigate square and cube numbers.

Regular readers of this blog (if there are any!) will know how much I enjoy Friday mornings because the Year 4 Brass Group practise in the hall and make a wonderful sound.  Always a great way to end a busy week.

In our lesson today we have been learning about Joseph and his multi-coloured dreamcoat. We also made our own coats using lots of coloured tissue paper.

Today we have explored homophones. The children have been very quick to pick this up orally and give examples but the challenge is really on when applying this to their own writing. We have even found a nifty trick to remember which there is there. Their elephant is red = their as in belonging…
