Community Policing
Earlier this week, PCSO Andrea joined us on the playground and introduced herself to the children. She spent a lot of time talking with the children and answering their questions - it was great to see community policing in action. She will be welcome anytime!

This afternoon we were lucky enough to have a visit from Andrea our local PCSO. The children really enjoyed listening to her and asking her lots of questions.
Our new phonic code
Today we used the song by Adele 'Rumour has it' to help embed our phonic code for er. The children loved singing along and hopefully this will support the reading and spelling of this tricky phonic code.

Trip to Liverpool World Museum
We visited Liverpool World Museum on Thursday last week. We took part in an Anglo-Saxon/Viking workshop and also managed to have a look at the other exhibitions. We even managed to have our packed lunches outside in the sun : )
