We chose and colour mixed our own paint to produce African inspired blistering colours!

We combined cooler paint colours to make a cold effect.

Today we explored multiplication facts. Our 2s, 5s and 10s. Mrs Faulkner posed the question "If we grouped our class into fives, how many groups of five would there be and how many left over?" We sorted ourselves into groups of 5 and then counted them, we had 6 groups of of 5 with one left over.…

Super learning of our number bonds, each child has accomplished the challenge of answering 20 questions within two minutes. They are ready for the next 2 minute challenge. Keep up the monster effort!

Lucas organised our water display and gave each bottle a comparative label. I wonder if anyone can use their fraction knowledge to give them alternative labels or even sort them in a different way?

We challenged ourselves during continuous provision to create turn and fraction cards. Well done Jack and Evan you really rose to the challenge.

We used elastic bands and knotting techniques to create bespoke handkerchiefs for the scenery in the hall.

We used specialist fabric crayons to design our batik handkerchiefs before the application of wax, dye and of course the ironing!
