Did our clues help you to guess the animals? 

Next week is a very special week in Year 2.  It is our chance to show everyone how clever we are.  We need our grown ups to help us by making sure we have enough sleep, a good breakfast and arrive at school on time.

We had lots of fun using our dinosaur stories  to create a dinosaur puppet show. Tomorrow we are going to pretend we are at the theatre and perform our puppet show for everyone to watch. We may even be lucky and have some popcorn and juice at the interval!

We are sooooo proud of the children in Reception class. They are trying so hard with their cursive handwriting. Well done!!!!!

Too hard to pick just one blog star this week so we have two! Well done to Connie and Heidi for this great progress in their handwriting. Their next challenge is to apply this awesome handwriting to all their learning and then maybe get nominated for Pride Award! 

Year 5 had lots of fun doing straddle jumps, tuck jumps, turns and seat drops on the trampolines at Kearsley Academy, as part of Children's University. Mrs Harris even had a go...were Year 5 impressed?

Great to have received a couple of postcards on the progress of your sunflowers? Wonder whose will grow the tallest? Keep us informed and look forward to receiving more progress reports.

Next week we are leaving our prehistoric friends and turning our attention to looking and learning about mini beasts . Most of us are looking forward to meeting some new friends in our mini beast workshop aargh!!!

Mrs.Bostock has been using Modroc with the children to create our 3D Triceratops . It is coming along nicely and is in the final stages. Watch this space for the finished masterpiece!

Blue and Yellow group looked in lots of different place to find the twelve missing dinosaurs. It was tricky but they eventually found them all.Maybe you could ask them where they found them?
