This afternoon we have had our class council session. We use this time to discuss as a class any issues put forward anonymously. 

What a lovely thing to witness - three boys choosing to share books in our reading corner during continuous provision, decoding words and asking each other questions.

Well done everyone for their tremendous effort with our weekly number spelling assessment. Don't forget to practise this daily to really master this skill and to shine on a Friday. Check your child's book bag for their highlighted areas to focus upon.

Using only six houses the children had to design a number of plans featuring their proposals of houses including terraced houses, detached and semi detached homes. Here is an example of our ideas.

Fabulous reading at home with lovely comments from Mum linking experiences covered in the books and of course her improving comprehension skills using the bookmarks. Thank you so much keep up the monster effort.

We couldn't pick just one piece of fantastic handwriting this week, so we picked three!  Well done boys!
