Wow! The Year Three eggtrants to the Decorated Egg Competition were eggmazing! A huge well done and thank-you to all who took part.

Just look at our sad faces! We have had our final swimming lesson today and our sad faces sum up just how we feel about it. We have had a marvellous time and have all made huge progress during our time at Farnworth Pool

The entries for our traditional 'Decorate an Egg' competition have been as wonderful as ever. The ideas and creativity of our children never fail to amaze me - and always cause a headache for our judges from Elite Greenhouses when it comes to choosing a winner.

This morning's challenge was to create a strong 3D structure.  We worked in groups to design our structure and could use art straws, plastic straws, cello tape, and paper to build our shapes. After 30 minutes of creating, we are going to test our structures to find the strongest.

Lots of fantastic entries into this year's decorated egg competition. Who will the winners be? Some difficult choices for the judges, as always!
