Year 5 thoroughly enjoying themselves learning about pulleys and gears in their JuniorSTEM Workshop. 

On Wednesday we will be learning all about why people wear poppies.  We've had lots of fun making our own poppies in preparation for this.  Next time you come to school why don't you have a look at them? 

All this week we will be following the thrive in five program supported by Joe Wickes and Pudsey Bear culminating in a non school uniform thematic event on Friday. Ask your child which theme they explored each day.

Red and green groups had a fab time in the woods! After lots of climbing, swinging, digging and exploring they enjoyed a fruity treat in the Autumn sunshine!

Today we've been playing games to help us with our work based on '10 more' and '10 less'.

Spellings for the week ahead - to be tested Friday 13th November. 

Reception had lots of fun enjoying a cup of hot vimto and a piece of parkin around a little bonfire!!
