The children will be continuing with bikeability tomorrow. The instructors have asked if they could bring a small backpack to hold a water bottle and a small snack (something they would bring for healthy tuck), as they will be out riding for most of the day.

Today and tomorrow year 5 are taking part in Bikeability, where they will be taught all about road safety on their bikes. 

The week got off to a good start this morning with the first of two days of Bikeability Training for Year 5. With the help of expert coaches, the children will learn how to stay safe on the roads.

This morning Year 6 and Reception buddies are planning their Kite designs ready for making and 'flying' later in the week. 

It's great to see the active home school learning that is taking place on a weekly basis. The children love being chosen to take it home and share their learning with the rest of the class. The bags need to be returned on a Wednesday so we can share your child's learning in the remainder of the…

Please check your child's book bag tonight for information about the Summer Reading Challenge.  The challenge is run by Bolton Library and encourages children to visit local libraries and borrow books to read at home.

We had an extra guest this week so the Head Teacher had to squeeze onto the corner of the table. Not a problem because they were eight excellent guests. Well done everyone!
