The children have been busy sorting physical and human features of the U.K.

WOW! We have had an AMAZING morning in Y5.  We took part in a workshop which was all about the Anglo-Saxons.

In honour of childrens mental health week we marked the occasion by wearing our scarf. S…safety, c….caring, a….achievement r…..resilience and f….friendship. We developed strategies to help us on our journey.

We used scenarios based on traditional tales and discussed the safe way to tackle the issues

Year 3 had lots of fun visiting Salford Museum and Art Gallery! The children enjoyed being history detectives and discovering what a selection of mystery Victorian objects were used for!

This morning we are doing a live English lesson about the Victorians. We will be comparing life in Victorian times and our lives now.

On number day we did a range of activities from football code breakers, online games, emoji maths, sudoku and even a game of darts (magnetic for safety!)

This week in Reception we celebrated Chinese New Year: Year of the Tiger

Every day we celebrated in a different way:
