Fractions
We had a lot of fun creating our fraction museum last week. We have also been singing a song about fractions to help with our understanding. Why don't you ask us about it?
Fractions
Today, we are transforming our classroom into the World Famous Fraction Museum! We shall post some of our exhibits later today.
James Bond
In maths today, we were given a challenge by James Bond. MI6 believed that sweet manufacturers were deliberately holding back on our favourites. We had to investigate the fractions of different packets and find out whether their suspicions were right.
Robots
Here we are in the Computing Suite using our skills to create a robot of our very own.
Governor Day
Our Class Governor, Mr. Grant, visited us today and told us lots of exciting things. We can't wait to see him again when he helps us on our school trip later this month.
Learning Logs
We have been looking at our learning logs today and think that they are all fab. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Balancing High!
Here we are using the apparatus to investigate different ways of balancing with our bodies.
Golden Boot
We have been awarded with the Golden Boot trophy for the first time this year. Well done everyone!
Rocks and Fossils
We have had a super time during our rocks and fossils workshop with Mr. North today. We examined and sorted lots of different igneous and sedimentary rocks, identified and sketched fossils and went on a fossil hunt. After lunch we created the Year Three Fossil Museum.

Fossils Workshop
I bet that you can't guess what this fossil used to be!
We shall post the answer later.
Year Three Footballers
Here are our footballers getting ready for their first ever football tournament. We wish them lots of luck and are certain that they will have an enjoyable afternoon at Kearsley Academy.
Circuit Training
The rain didn't stop our weekly PE lesson with Miss Jones from Kearsley Academy. We did circuit training in the hall whilst listening to energetic music. We all had red cheeks by the end of it!
