We have been discussing how giving up one present this year could make a world of difference for a child who may not get anything at all. A great idea, I'm proud of you Year 6!

The owl and the pussy cat
Today we have been exploring the poem " The Owl and the Pussy Cat" by Edward Lear. We created our own props and memory aids to help us recite the first verse with confidence and fluency to create a class recital of the famous poem.

Getting ready for Christmas!
We have had fun today getting ready for Christmas. We have made salt dough stars and painted and decorated them with glitter. They will look fabulous on our Christmas trees!!
