Odd Socks Day
Look how fabulous our socks are! Today we've all been wearing odd socks to help highlight how even though we are all different we are all special. We've also been talking about being a good friend and how we can make people happy.

Children in Need
As part of our work based on Children in Need we've worked in groups to make lifesize Pudseys.

Poppy Day
Today we held a 2 minutes silence at 11am. We have spent the day learning about why today is so special. Why not ask us about the poppies we have made, there's a very interesting story behind the purple poppies and what they represent.
Remembrance Day
On Wednesday we will be learning all about why people wear poppies. We've had lots of fun making our own poppies in preparation for this. Next time you come to school why don't you have a look at them?
Fun and Games in Maths!
Today we've been playing games to help us with our work based on '10 more' and '10 less'.
Practical Maths
Today we've been using 'ten frames' to help us with some very tricky maths work. We've had to find the answers, find missing numbers and see how many different ways we could record our equations.
