This week Year 2 have been sharing their learning about VE Day.  Look at this lovely bunting which is ready to be displayed. 

Look at a few of the amazing activities Year 2 have been doing at home this week.  I'm really enjoying seeing all of your photos, make sure you keep using Dojo to share them.

I'm still enjoying seeing all of your super work on Class Dojo and I'm amazed by how many certificates you are achieving on Study Ladder, well done everyone!  Don't forget there's also Bug Club which has reading and maths activities set and Times Tables Rockstars.

There's been lots of recipe reading and measuring taking place in Year 2's kitchens this week.  The finished products look delicious!  Well done everyone!

Year 2 were set some work all about St.George, look at this fantastic shield Joshua designed.

After all their hard work over the last week Year 2 have been enjoying some fun in the sun over the weekend!

Planter building, Rainbow Drop cheesecake making, money work and pirate ship designing.  Year 2 are working so hard at home.  Well done everyone!

Year 2 are doing a brilliant job at keeping busy at home.  Look at some of the things they've been up to over the last week!

A lovely idea that we did last week with our Keyworker children.  Might be nice to make at home too and then send to a friend or family member who would like a hug.

Along with all of the school work we've been busy doing, the children in Year 2 are enjoying being creative.

Look at all of the children and grown ups who have been reading instructions and measuring ingredients.  I'm very impressed with just how good some of the finished pieces look.  We have even had one little girl make herself a birthday cake! What a lovely idea!
