We were lucky enough to be having a virtual visit today by the author Tamzin Merchant. We are going to order her book for the school library.

This Is Me! The children are coming up with some brilliant ideas for their poems.

The charity 'Action for Children' have delivered a workshop called 'Bounce Back' to the children. They discussed issues such as resilience, feelings and actions. They will be back next week for the 2nd session.

Mr Chaudry has set the task of using coding to create shapes by applying the children’s knowledge of shape and angles.

This afternoon the children have listened to Mr Baxter (vice principal) at Kearsley Academy. The academy has lots of information on the website and an online virtual tour for you to watch. Hopefully this will assist you in your decisions for secondary school applications.

Today, Year 6 have started yoga with Mrs Horrobin. In small groups they will work on relaxation and breathing techniques. 

Today, the children are putting all their knowledge into writing a biography.

Please make sure you complete the secondary school admissions before 31st October 2020.
