Year 6 got the chance to meet up with their reception buddy. They shared lots of information about themselves and enjoyed having a chat.

Starting to research the life of Charles Dickens in our English unit on biographies.

Welcome to the Year 6 blog. Each week we will post the spellings for the children to learn. They will then be tested the following Thursday. Thank you. 

Year 6 have made a great start to the year and are working hard to produce some fantastic self portraits.

Year 6 have been busy with their reception buddies following their design and making kites ready for St Annes.

This morning, Alison has been in Year 6 talking about transition and faith as they get ready to make the journey to high school.

Write a prayer to put in the Prayer Box for the service at Manchester Cathedral.

Year 6, had a great and very informative time learning about the great work Urban Outreach does in Bolton. 

They learnt about the work they do to help the homeless and their work as a food bank.

They then thought about what they would like Bolton to look like in ten years…
