Today we have continued to learn about Neil Armstrong.  We worked in groups to sort facts about his life into chronological order.  We also added our own facts to the lists.

Look at us using dance and music to help us learn our number facts.  You could even have a go at home on the BBC Supermovers website.

We have a new member to our class!  Why not see if you can find him over the weekend?  He will be with his friends in the Magic Faraway Tree!

What are we making?!

As part of our Maths work this week we are learning about Number Families.  

Our spelling tests in Year 2 will take place on a Friday.  Every week your child will bring home a list of words for a test the following week.  The score on the list is what your child has achieved in the test on that day.  Thank you.

Our first piece of Homework is coming home this evening.  Please help your child to complete it and return it to school by next Wednesday.  Thank you.
