In magical maths this week we have been ordering numbers.

After our winter walk we realised how hard it was for the birds to find food during the winter. We are helping them by puttiing food out on our bird table each day. How many birds can you see in your garden?

This morning we went on a lovely walk down the lane to the farm. We were looking for signs of winter e.g the leaves falling off the trees and how the birds find food in the winter.

We had fun this morning dressing up as princesses.

We have been talking about the importance of road safety and other aspects of staying safe. This morning we played a game of traffic lights to help us sequence the colours - red, amber and green.

Today we have started our yoga classes. We all enjoyed relaxing and listening to the tranquil music. It made us feel very relaxed and chilled!

Look what Santa gave our class for Christmas! We enjoyed playing with Tip Tap using the hammers and tacs to create shape pictures.

Here we are having fun at our reception party! We also had a special visitor - I wonder who it was?

The whole school, parents, grandparents and friends have just enjoyed a very festive brass concert performed by Year 4. It really got you in the Christmas mood!!

Here we are all having fun and enjoying our Christmas lunch together in the hall soaking up the festive fun!!

As we have been learning about being healthy and keeping fit, this morning we have been making smoothies. Half of the class made fruit smoothies and the other half made vegetable smoothies. Everyone enjoyed making and tasting them!!

We enjoyed listening to the beat of the music today using tapping sticks and lollipop drums.
