Celebrating everything St Lucian
Say " bananas". The children loved their Caribbean adventure celebrating with a freshly cooked Caribbean muffin and a fruity citrus cocktail with sliced citrus fruit and sparkling water with a new carnival dance to round off the afternoon to really show off our homemade outfits!
Caribbean creators
After researching St Lucian culture we transformed our classroom into a carnival costume creation station creating our best master pieces to the resonating sounds of the Caribbean steel drums.
It's all in the mixing...
To make ten you will need 3 eggs, 150g of self raising flour, 150g brown sugar, 150g butter, 2 mashed bananas, blend together, place in muffin cases and bake for twelve to twenty minutes on 200 c or gas mark 6. Enjoy!
