This morning we have been using our imagination to plan the back story of Mr Stink. 

This morning we have been using measurement to practise dividing by 10 and 100. To divide a number by 10 we moved it 1 space to the right, to divide it by 100 we moved it 2 spaces.

This morning we have been writing our own superhero stories for a writing competition.  We had to write a full story using only 100 words!

This afternoon we have started our topic by talking about the three states of matter; solid, liquid and gas. We have learned about the particles and how they behave in the different states.

This morning we have used cubes and a hundred square to prove and disprove statements about the times tables.

This afternoon, we have been playing a game of Cops and Robbers. We used the written method of addition and subtraction to calculate the answers to get across a grid.
