Wow! The Year Three eggtrants to the Decorated Egg Competition were eggmazing! A huge well done and thank-you to all who took part.

Just look at our sad faces! We have had our final swimming lesson today and our sad faces sum up just how we feel about it. We have had a marvellous time and have all made huge progress during our time at Farnworth Pool

This morning we have been creating skeleton shapes. We had to build a 3D shape and describe it using mathematical vocabulary.  It was a lot harder than we thought!  Why don't you ask us about it?

We made a smashing start to the week by taking part in The Bumper Book Quiz 2016. We will find out if we broke the World Record soon (we think that we did).

Well done Year Three! We did it again :)

This week has been brilliant fun in Year Three. The children have had a fab time making Rocky Road Bars and Fluffy Wuffy Monster Pets to sell. We are all very proud of them!

We began our day by singing some of our favourite times tables songs before using our maths skills to decipher several secret messages before creating some of our own.

This afternoon we took part in a workshop run by the RSPB. We learnt about the different British birds that we can find in our gardens before looking for them in the Eco garden and on the school field. It was brilliant fun!
