How are you going to be showing kindness today?
I like to batch cook meals so that we always have something for our evening meal on those days when we are really busy and time just runs away with us. My son and I are going to take some of those meals out of our freezer and put them on his grandparents doorstep so that they have something quick and nutritious to eat.

If you have any worries, you can always write them down like we do in our classroom and let one of your favourite toys eat them up instead or you could make one of these using a lollipop stick and your imagination.
