Year 4 Blog

We have started the day thinking about Remembrance Day.

We are participating in a BBC live lesson this morning as part of National Poetry Day.

In our Science lesson this afternoon, we have been using sign language to communicate having talked about how we hear and how those who are not as fortunate can still communicate. 

We are working with Jess from SCARF on the ‘Great to Be Me!’ Workshop this afternoon. 
 

This morning we are participating in a Live Lesson online.

In science we have been investigating how we can change volume and pitch using instruments to help us! 

This morning we have been working with our computing specialist, Mr Chaudry, using Scratch to program. 

We are exploring how sound travels with vibrations and through matter.

This morning’s class assembly has been all about SCARF (linked to our PSHE scheme). 

We have created our own stain glass windows to brighten up Y4!
