We have had a wonderful 10 weeks of Swimming Lessons at Farnworth Pool. We have really enjoyed ourselves and today we played on the floats and water toys at the end of our lesson!
Remember that there is the opportunity for those children who have not yet swum 25 metres in the big pool unaided to take part in intensive lessons on 3 days during Easter for only £8! (See earlier Blog)
It will be a pity if we don't get the chance to continue to swim - Parents please take the children swimming or think about further lessons so that all our hard work isn't wasted. It would be great if we all could achieve 25 metres swimming unaided before we get to Year 6 so that we fully meet the Key Stage 2 national requirement.
