Children in Need Ramble - Part 2
When you add in all the children (including past pupils - nice to see you again), mums and dads, nannas and grandads, staff and governors we were over SEVENTY strong for our round trip. Thank you for your amazing support (and stamina!).
Children in Need Ramble - Part 1
What a great turnout from the CHILDREN for Sunday morning's sponsored ramble to Blackleach Country Park. As well as raising funds for Children in Need (we're still counting...) we had a very enjoyable couple of hours in the fresh air.
EIGHT Stars and a Head Teacher
There was no room for me at Top Table this week - we had eight Star Award winners so my job was to be Wine Waiter - red or white madam?.
We're Nearly There!
It might not look like it but the new kitchen is really coming on! The floor's down, we're plumbed in and we've got tradesmen in from early morning to late at night to ensure that we will be 'open for business' straight after the half-term break.

The Letters are in the Post!
It was our turn to write to the pupils of Serrekunda School (our link school in the Gambia) so we posted sixty letters from Year 5 and Year 4 this week. The children are exchanging details of school life in two very different countries, learning a lot and making new friends at the same time.
St Stephen's School Choir
Every Friday afternoon, the hall is filled with song courtesy of the children in the School Choir (all sixty-eight of them!).They sound great as I sit in the office and it's a great way to finish the week.
